After you've paid for your Passport Renewal there are a few things we need from you to renewal your passport.

1. Complete this form. This provides us with the necessary information to complete your renewal application. Please only complete this after purchase our renewal services.
2. Upload your digital photo. Please take a photo of the applicant using a smartphone and upload a digital image to the application form. Please ensure to stand against a clear and plain off white background when taking the photo. Kindly use the highest quality of your camera when taking the image.
3. Sign the authority letter. This gives us permission to attend the renewal appointment on your behalf and renew your passport on your behalf. Please leave the field in the third line blank. We will fill it for you.
4. Securely post your passport to us. Your passport needs to be sent to us, using Royal Mail Special Delivery, as it will be surrendered to the Passport Office in the appointment that we attend for you.
